The Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General (SRSG) for Somalia Michael Keating extends his congratulations to all Somalis on the occasion of Eid-al-Fitr.
“On behalf of the entire United Nations family in Somalia, I wish you a very happy and peaceful Eid,” said SRSG Keating. “This is a memorable time as families come together at the end of the holy month of Ramadan to celebrate the strength and endurance of the faithful. I hope that it will be marked by a spirit of tolerance and reconciliation and contribute to peace throughout the country. Ciid Wanaagsan.”
