Mr. President, honourable members of the Cabinet, members of the press,

I am pleased to be back in Baidoa, South West State. I thank President Abdiaziz Hassan Mohamed ‘Laftagareen’ and his team for warmly welcoming me and my colleagues today.

Dhusamareb – Continuing his first round of visits to Somalia’s Federal Member State, the Acting UN Special Representative, James Swan, today visited Galmudug, where he met with President Ahmed Abdi Karie ‘Qoor Qoor’ and several of this State’s ministers.
