Kismayo – The Deputy Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General (DSRSG) for Somalia, Fatiha Serour, welcomed the start of a reconciliation conference in Kismayo as a positive step towards consolidating peace in the region and furthering Somalia's state-building process.
